SCHEDULE OF RATES
a) Conference Hall -
Capacity: AUDITORIUM .. 88 Persons} Accommodation
the Dais .. 07 Persons} already provided.
*Extra Space to accommodate 50 Persons*(Extra
chairs to be hired and brought by the concerned organisation booking
the hall )
Charges for use of the Conference Hall upto 3 hrs.
Beyond 3 hours for every additional hour or part thereof
NOTE : The entry to the Conference Hall will
be permissible to the concerned organisation Thirty
Minutes prior to the commencement of the time mentioned
in the prescribed application.
for the use of Lighting arrangement/Audio facilities
as existing in the Auditorium is included in the above
Air-conditioning Service Charges –
(i)Minimum charge for use upto 2 (Two) Hours
(ii)Beyond 2 hours for every additional hour or part
The use of Air-Conditioners will be optional only during
November/ December/ January. During
the period November/ December/ January the air-conditioner
plant fans will however be made operative for which the
charges will be levied as under –
(i ) Minimum Charge for use upto 2(Two) hours ..
(ii)Beyond 2(two) hours for every additional hour or
- River Side
( Lawn will be rented out only if the booking of the
Covered Space on Ground Floor -
(i) For Serving Tea, Coffee, Ice-Cream and Snacks.
(ii) For Serving Lunch or Dinner (Changes for One event
only i.e. either Lunch or dinner) (Separate Charge
for each additional event to be paid)

(ii) Lunch or Dinner
NOTE : The entry to the team preparing the food
items will be permissible as under:-For
Snacks : 1(one) hour prior to the time of booking.For
Lunch or Dinner : 6(six) hours prior to the time of booking.
Extra Lighting Charges –
For Flood Lights or Additional lights to be used outside
the Auditorium Hall, Service Charge at the rate of -
(i) per Ordinary Light
(ii) per Halogen Light
The extra lighting will be arranged by the organisation
booking the hall
